RETAILING COLD-ROOMS INSULATING PARTS

At Refriamericas 2019, in Miami last week, many clients and visitors came to our booth. Many were interested in our SMART cold-room and cold-room doors, others in the valves, or the quantum control.

Our insulated cold-room panel with hermetic joint attracted the attention of many that we’re searching for a solution for their warehouses’ projects.

We’ve given away nylon bolts and nuts as a gift to refrigeration specialists.

AIR-CONDITIONED INSULATED DUCTS

Air-conditioned insulated duct boards became very popular due to their easiness of use and design. One of our essential tasks is to inform our visitors of the new trends in insulated panels for cold-room, for example, new food-safe pre-painted steel. We have invited visitors to feel and test the difference between the standard Polyester coating and the PVC and PET coating. We have surprised visitors with the scratch resistance that PVC and PET-coated steel showed.

Food-safe certificates are essential when we want to deliver a superior insulating panel experience in a cold-room project.

Among all the takeaways, I think that the most important is related to the essence of retailing.

Everybody was interested in our range of products, and everybody wanted to know where to find them in Florida, the United States, Mexico, and Costa Rica. The availability was the most common question that we heard during the Expo. Everybody liked our products and wanted to get them quickly. But most important, customers wished that retailers could inform them about the right product to choose from.

Therefore, we have then decided to empower our retailers and teach them all about our range of products. Consequently, it will allow retailers to understand which product could better fit their customer’s needs and make customers happy. Together with that, customers must be able to find our product range nearby. Retailers bear the responsibility of keeping in stock everything that customers may need.
